Donna Zimmer – Contributing Guest Artist
Ever a crafter, Donna has always had her hands into something creative, especially crochet, baking and cooking. Originally from Pennsylvania, Donna and her husband’s employment transferred them to Tennessee where she met Dale ‘Cougar’ Armstrong and was introduced to the fine art of wire jewelry creation.
Since learning wire jewelry techniques, Donna has become a mixed-media jewelry maker; experimenting with PMC, silver smithing and lapidary work. She teaches at local bead shops, has been published in Step-by-Step Wire magazine and participates in many craft shows.
Donna and her husband reside in south-central Tennessee with their Sheltie, Ellie-Mae.

Dear Donna, When visiting Nashville this spring I was able to go to the artist fair…after the BIG flood. I bought a wire salvation bracelet. I have been able to share my faith several times with the bracelet. It is an eye catcher and people always want to know about it. I wear it every day. I have shared in doctors offices, beauty salons etc. What a blessing. People have wanted one but I couldn’t find your card. I found it today while cleaning out my “traveling purse”. Glad to see that you are still making it. My bracelet seems to have streched a wee bit. Do I need to just bend the catch? Glad to have found you and will keep your card in my wallet so I can share. Sincerely, Carol Neel Friendswood Texas.
Dear Donna, I enjoy Carol’s testimony on the wire salvation bracelet and would like to have a copy of the direction or pattern. I am also a christian and I feel that is a wonderful way to win soul for the kingdom of God. Please help.. I also love the pattern of the ear cuff. I have seen that pattern many time but this is the first time I have seen it so easy, even I could do it. Thank you again and again. Vickie the beader from the US Virgin Islands
