Last year we held a Craft Wire Creation Contest – and I thought I’d share the winners of our contest here so that you could get inspired to get working with Craft Wire:

2014 Craft Wire Creation Contest Winners

1st Place Winner entitled: Wire Bonsai Oak Tree

Created by: Ronald Hollar

This is an original design made from 24 gauge round Amber & Green enameled wire and Super Sculpey Clay. Tree is 3.5 x 2.5 tall

2nd Place Winner entitled: Big Blue 1965 Corvette

Created by: Barbara Swaggerty

The corvette was made from 20 & 22 gauge Round Silver Plated Pacific Blue, Black and Silver Copper Craft Wire.


3rd Place Winner entitled: Wrapped in Elegance

Created by: Linda Taylor-Ricci

The pendant was was created with 22 gauge round copper base wire and woven with 28 gauge copper base metal craft wire around a 15mm white agate flat-bead.

It was finished off with copper and amethyst beads on the bottom.
