What should I write in my return policy for my website?
Answer:
Any and all terms and conditions you decide to use should be whatever you feel comfortable with. One way to decide upon how and what to say would be to read through the policies on other websites and use those ideas to form your own version. Items to take into consideration might include: shipping methods and options, custom order specifications, payment options, taxes involved if any and of course returns and refunds.

Yet again you fail to answer the question. If you don\’t know the answer just say so. Or if you are unwilling to give the answer, just say so. In fact. What is the point of posting questions you are not going to answer?

There really isn’t a right or wrong way to write the terms and conditions for a web page. Dale has pointed out the most important things to include. We work with an ecommerce company called Claim the Web and they actually always recommend to their clients to get ideas from other sites and then compile those ideas into your own Terms and Conditions page. One thing to point out here….it is always good to check with your lawyer when posting the terms if there are any questions to the legality of the terms. we apologize if this answer isn’t living up to your expectations, but there really is no one answer to accompany the question…we have to be fairly general in this respect.
