Question:
Dale, I love your DVDs. I’m watching your Buzzy Bee project, have you tried turning it into a butterfly and if you have, how do I do it?
-Barbara in Weatherford, Texas
Answer:
Well Barbara, the "Buzzy Bee", one of two bonus projects for the Intermediate Series set, actually began as an ant, turned into a fly, and then became the bee! Yes, the techniques can be used to turn the bee into both a dragonfly and a butterfly! But, that’s your homework assignment : )

Barbara:
I can remember back when I did the Bee class with Dale…lol. We were all sitting around the table and calling that bug everything under the sun but Bee. Of course, we all got the hang of the pattern and ended up with an assortment of bees. But what was amazing was Dale showing us the pattern as an ant, and then where she changed it into a dragonfly. Leave it to Dale to think a pattern beyond what it does to what it can do.
