This week`s featured tool from JewelryTools.com is the CLN-856.08, a nearly-instant cleaner that will take off tarnish, oxidation, and even liver of sulfur, if you want it to. Simply place your jewelry in the basket, dunk it for 2 minutes, and your jewelry will be sparkling clean. A soft toothbrush will take care of any remaining tarnish.     Other than the stones mentioned above, can you use it on other semi-precious stones – turquoise – jasper – fossil – agate – etc? Thank you.

      Hi Jeanette, turquoise and fossil I would not use it on. Jasper and agate are hard stones so they would be safe.

    Does this also remove the green tarnish on 14kt gold filled?

    Would this product be safe on silver plated jewelry? Or is there a particular product that will help clean silver plated jewelry?

      Hi Marilyn, it should be safe on silver-plated jewelry.

    Don’t used on colored coral, as the coral will Bleed.

    I wonder if this can be used on dyed stones, like dyed jade or howlite.

    What about dipping copper in it? Or is there a dip for copper? I tried white vinegar, which helped some, but only for a short time.
