Instructions
Step 1
To make the ear wires, take a piece of 20g wire about 2" long and make a small loop at one end. Hold the small loop against the mandrel and bend the wire around the mandrel to form the ear wire shape. With pliers turn the end of the wire so it is in line with the small ring, and trim the end. To work harden the ear wire you can hammer it with a nylon or steel hammer on a steel block, twist the wire with your pliers, or put it in a tumbler.

Step 2
he beads for this pattern must have a large hole so they can move around on the ring and not get stuck. Place a bead on a jump ring and close the ring. These jump rings are made of fairly thin wire compared to the compared to the size of the diameter of the ring so they need to be closed under tension so the 2 ends are pushing against each other and won't move. To do this push them beyond closed so the 2 ends overlap and then they will click back into place. Keep overlapping the ends and clicking back in place until the ring is perfectly closed.

Step 3
With an open ring take it through the ring with the bead, add a bead, and close the ring.

Step 4
Keep adding rings with a bead until you have 6 beaded rings joined together.

Step 5
Attach the ear wire to the 3rd ring from the left. For the second earring turn the ear wire over so it is facing the other way so the 2 earrings are a mirror image of each other. Once the ear wire is in place the beaded rings should all find their own place but they can be moved around to change the pattern.
