Instructions
Step 1
Using a texture hammer and block, hammer the front of 10 washers until you are pleased with the texture.

*Optional step: Patina washers using Liver of Sulfur or my cheater patina method: https://www.wirejewelry.com/jewelry_making_tips_techniques/Cheater-Patina_488.html.

Step 2
I used 5 decreasing sizes of washers per earring. You can also use 3 of the same size if desired for a similar effect. Just be sure to watch out for heaviness on your earlobes!

Step 3
Make 10 crystal dangles by sliding a crystal onto a headpin and making a simple loop.

Step 4
Create colored links by cutting 10 pieces of 1.5" wire and rolling the wire end around the largest bail of the Wubbers pliers.

Step 5
Roll the other wire end going in the opposite direction around the largest bail of the Wubbers pliers.

Step 6
Open one link loop and insert the largest washer. Open the other end of the link loop and insert smaller washer and a crystal dangle. Close loop. Repeat for all 5 washers.

Step 7
Attach an ear wire to the top link. Repeat steps for the other earring.
