A quick and easy earring project you'll want in every color! I'm in love with the new Majestic Blue color Swarovski just launched and wanted to feature a simple drop accenting this beautiful blue. If you wanted to tone it down a bit, use silver wire to wrap.

Instructions
Step 1
Tape one side of the wire to a skewer or knitting needle (I used size 2 for this project).

Step 2
Coil around the needle/skewer until you have 2.5 inches. Keep the coils snugly next to each other.

Step 3
Cut 3 1/4 inches of the silver wire. Wrap around a bottle or form to create a round shape and make a simple loop at one end. Squeeze the top ends together to form a slight teardrop shape.

Step 4
Slide the coil onto the silver wire and make a simple loop at the other wire end.

Step 5
Using your flat-nose pliers, turn both loops 90 degrees so they face each other.

Step 6
Attach a jump ring to the crystal drop.

Step 7
Using your flat and chain nose pliers, attach the drop to the earring loops with a jump ring. See how to make your own jump rings here:

Step 8
Add an ear wire to the jump ring and repeat for the other earring.

Experiment with other drops and beads. Anything you can make into a dangle will work for this project.
