This project was inspired by fall aesthetics. I used 3 different colored wires for this necklace, pulling out highlighted fall colors. You could introduce more colors easily if desired or go for a monochromatic look with only one color. Feel free to make matching earrings as well by adding ear wires!

Instructions
Step 1
Using a texture hammer and bench block, hammer the front of 2 washers until you are pleased with the texture.

Step 2
Cut two 12" pieces of 20 gauge wire and wrap each piece around the washer once in the middle.

Step 3
Bring both wires to the front and wrap them around each other. Keep flattening the wire as you go using the flat pliers.

Step 4
Keep wrapping the 2 wires around each other, making a rosette, until you reach the size you want.

Step 5
Bring one wire through the washer to the back side and wrap around the washer 3 to 5 times.

Step 6
Repeat for the other wire end. Cut excess wire and flatten with pliers.

Step 7
Cut ten 2" pieces of both 12 gauge wire colors. Using the smaller jaw of the Wubbers pliers, wrap the end of one piece of wire around it tightly.

Step 8
Wrap the other wire end around the jaw in the opposite direction to create a figure 8 shape.

Step 9
Flatten and work-harden the wire links using a hammer and bench block.

Step 10
Connect the links together alternating the colors and create a chain long enough to fit over your head.

Add a link to the focal piece.
