My inspiration for these earrings comes from my love for fairies and nymphs! Living in some of the most beautiful places in our country, I've had the opportunity to take many stunning pictures of my nature walks. And every time I hope to run into a fairy or nymph because I would surely live there if I were one! Nymphs were female spirits of the natural world, minor goddesses of the forests, rivers, springs, meadows, mountains and seas. They were the crafters of nature's wild beauty, from the growing of trees, flowers and shrubs, to the nurture of wild animals and birds, and the formation of grottos, springs, brooks and wetlands. How mystical!

Instructions
Step 1
Use nylon jaw pliers to straighten the wire on the spool and cut two 2" pieces of wire.

Step 2
Using Wubbers Small Bail Making Pliers, wrap the wire end completely around the pliers jaw. Bend the wire 45 degrees to the center of the loop. Slide bead onto wire and make a simple loop at the other end.

Step 3
Cut the following chain pieces:
Two 1.5" medium chain (NOTE: make sure to cut an odd number of links for these chain pieces)
Two 2" small chain
Two 3" medium chain
Two 4" small chain

Step 4
Open one of the loops and place the chain ends into the loop in the following sequence, then close the loop:

Step 5
Repeat step 4 for the other simple loop, attaching the other ends of each of the chains. Repeat for the other earring.

Step 6
Pull the shortest (1.5") chain to the top of the bead and add an ear wire to the middle link. Repeat for the other earring.
